Privacy Policy — OR HuntPlan

1. Summary

OR HuntPlan is a hunting planning and draw-odds reference app. The reviewed app version stores hunting preferences, selected hunts, point values, and planning settings primarily on the user’s device. The app also uses app-store purchase services and RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and purchase status.

2. Information You Provide or Save in the App

Depending on how you use the app, OR HuntPlan may let you enter or save:

• Hunting preference points.
• Saved hunts, selected units, favorites, and planning choices.
• Species, weapon, residency, draw-planning, and filter preferences.
• Support communications you choose to send by email.

The reviewed app source stores app planning data using local device storage. The reviewed source did not show a first-party OR HuntPlan account login system, server database account, or password system.

3. Subscriptions and Purchases

OR HuntPlan offers paid subscription features. Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The reviewed app source also uses RevenueCat to manage purchase status and subscription entitlements.

OR HuntPlan does not receive your full credit card or bank card number when purchases are processed by Apple or Google. OR HuntPlan, RevenueCat, Apple, or Google may process purchase-related information such as product purchased, subscription status, entitlement status, transaction or purchase identifiers, expiration date, app user ID or installation identifier, platform, and diagnostics needed to validate or restore purchases.

Subscription cancellation is handled through your Apple App Store account or Google Play account. Deleting local OR HuntPlan app data or submitting a data request does not automatically cancel an Apple or Google subscription.

4. Automatically Processed Technical Information

The app, app stores, RevenueCat, and hosting providers may process limited technical information needed to operate, secure, validate, and support the app, including:

• Device type, operating system, app version, platform, and installation/app identifiers.
• Purchase and subscription entitlement records.
• IP address, browser/device information, and standard server logs when visiting OR HuntPlan webpages hosted by Cloudflare.
• Technical diagnostics related to purchase validation, restore-purchase functionality, or support requests.

The reviewed app source did not show Firebase, Supabase, Sentry, Crashlytics, Google Analytics, third-party ad SDKs, Expo Location, Expo Notifications, camera, microphone, or photo-library dependencies. If those services are added later, this policy and Google Play Data Safety answers must be updated before release.

5. Location and Mapping

The reviewed app source did not show a device location permission or background location collection. OR HuntPlan may show hunting map links, unit information, land ownership information, or public map resources, but the reviewed source did not show that OR HuntPlan collects or stores your precise device location.

6. How Information Is Used

• To provide hunting research, draw-odds, filtering, and planning features.
• To save app preferences and planning data on your device.
• To process, validate, restore, and manage subscriptions.
• To provide customer support.
• To maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with app-store requirements.
• To operate public privacy, terms, and support webpages.

7. Third-Party Services

OR HuntPlan may use or interact with the following services:

• Google Play Billing / Google Play: processes Android purchases and subscription management.
• Apple App Store / StoreKit: processes iOS purchases and subscription management.
• RevenueCat: manages subscription entitlements, purchase validation, and restore-purchase status.
• Cloudflare Pages: hosts OR HuntPlan public webpages including this Privacy Policy.
• Oregon hunting/regulation/map resources: external links may open official public resources in a browser.

These providers may process information under their own privacy policies and terms. OR HuntPlan does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for targeted advertising based on the reviewed source.

8. Data Retention

• Local app planning data: remains on your device until you delete it, clear app storage, uninstall the app, or use available reset/delete controls.
• Subscription and transaction records: retained by Apple, Google, RevenueCat, and/or OR HuntPlan as needed for subscription validation, accounting, fraud prevention, support, and legal compliance.
• Support emails: retained as needed to respond to requests and maintain support records.
• Website/server logs: retained by hosting providers according to their operational and security practices.

9. Your Choices and Deletion Requests

You can clear local app data by using device/app storage controls or uninstalling the app. You can request help with data access or deletion by visiting Privacy Choices and Account/Data Deletion or emailing jemmons.je@gmail.com.

If you have an active subscription, you must cancel it separately through Google Play or Apple. OR HuntPlan cannot cancel subscriptions directly from a privacy email request.

10. Security

OR HuntPlan uses commercially reasonable safeguards, including HTTPS/TLS for webpages and app-store purchase processing through Apple, Google, and RevenueCat. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

11. Children’s Privacy

OR HuntPlan is intended for hunting research and planning users and is not directed to children. Users should comply with all applicable laws and app-store age requirements.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, services, subscriptions, or legal requirements change. The Last updated date will be revised when material changes are made.
