End User License Agreement: Hunt Plan uses Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement for iOS app use unless a separate written agreement is provided.
By accessing or using Hunt Plan, users agree to these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and any applicable platform terms, including Apple’s Standard EULA for iOS app use.
Hunt Plan provides hunt planning tools, draw odds analysis, public information summaries, and strategy tools for informational purposes only. Hunt Plan does not guarantee draw success, hunt quality, tag availability, regulation accuracy, or future outcomes.
Users are solely responsible for verifying hunt regulations, application deadlines, season dates, licensing requirements, land access, unit boundaries, and all local, state, and federal hunting laws. Official wildlife agency publications and regulations always supersede Hunt Plan information.
Information provided through Hunt Plan does not constitute legal advice, outfitting services, guiding services, professional wildlife management advice, or a guarantee of lawful access to any hunting area.
Certain features may require a paid subscription. Subscription pricing, features, supported states, data availability, and functionality may change over time. Refunds and subscription billing are governed by the applicable platform provider, including Apple App Store policies where applicable.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of Hunt Plan without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website, mobile applications, or related services.
All Hunt Plan branding, content, graphics, planning tools, layouts, and software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, scraping, redistribution, resale, or commercial use of Hunt Plan content is prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hunt Plan and its owners, affiliates, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for lost opportunities, missed applications, incorrect draw assumptions, hunt outcomes, data inaccuracies, financial losses, travel losses, personal injury, property damage, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Use of Hunt Plan is at the user’s own risk.
These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws within the United States and the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law principles.
